Do you provide windows VPS for the first offer?

    August 16, 2017 @ 11:48 am | Reply
    • Hi Yassine!

All of our KVM-based plans that have a SSD disk which is 20GB or larger support installing Windows.

The above plans are LXC-based and do not support Windows.

Hopefully, this makes things clearer. Let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you. :)

  3. HK:

What does .5 vCPU mean? Maybe Cpu Clock is capped by 1/2?

    August 16, 2017 @ 11:59 am | Reply
    • Hi HK,

Exactly. You will see 1 core within your machine, but you will only be able to burst to half of a core’s speed. Our CPU cores run @ 2.4GHz. Your VPS would be able to burst to 1.2GHz.

Let me know if you have any additional questions. I will clarify this in the future. Good question. Thank you.

    0.5 CPU? good luck.

    August 16, 2017 @ 5:37 pm | Reply
    • Many of our customers don’t mind the CPU speed for a personal website or a simple project server. Some like the less expensive option so they can move these types of things off of shared hosting and have full control of the VPS. But, I definitely see your point for more demanding applications.

      Currently, the 4.4 series kernel.

Thank you for your interest! :)

  6. Oscar:

Are you going to have CentOs?

    August 21, 2017 @ 3:07 pm | Reply
    • Hi, Oscar!

We do not offer CentoS templates for LXC at this time due to an incompatibility issue which we are working through. We hope to offer these again shortly.

In the meantime, our KVM machine fully supports CentOS without any issues.

I see you have created a ticket with us. I have provided more information there.

Let me know if you have any additional questions. Thank you, again!

    • Not seeing a reason why your order was flagged. We do not specifically block customers from Italy or anything like this.

Nevertheless, I pushed your order through as discussed within your ticket. My apologies for the hold-up.

Thank you for your order. :)

    First impression- great.
had some Issues with openvpn, TUN/TAP Device was quick added. Support is really fast and helpfull.
Changed box from lxc to kvm – was a smooth change.
At the Moment the box has a fantastic speed with openvpn.
Never had over 40MBit downstream in the last 2 Years with VPS. Not more because at home we have only 50Mbit.
Keep on going the good work.

  • Do not use LowEndBox for support issues. Go to your hosting provider and issue a ticket there. Coming here saying "my VPS is down, what do I do?!" will only have your comments removed.
