Via this forum post, thanks to RelativeDesign. LaxHost is currently having a WHT special with a $5 OpenVZ VPS. The specification is:
- 256MB guaranteed memory
- 30GB storage
- 200GB/month data transfer
- 300MHz guaranteed CPU
- OpenVZ/HyperVM
- CentOS 5
$5/month is very good price for a VPS with 30GB storage (despite the fact that it’s probably oversold due to OpenVZ). Seems to be based in Norway, but the servers are in Houston with The Planet, if the VPS are hosted in the same DC as their main website.

I will know if your vps have a connectivy with server in norway and if yes if you have ipv6 adresses included.
