well, I purchased the “medium” package on 1/26. The server disappeared somewhere around February 1. It looks like the company’s main website (limitlesshost.net) does not respond, either. An email has not been acknowledged.
For $12/year I didn’t expect much beyond basic service, but I didn’t expect just one week’s service.
Moved my site to another provider.

We just checked all the orders activated on 26th January 2020, and found that your service is active. There was no downtime on any of your services. No support tickets were created by you to contact us about any issues too, though the last seen shows that you were active on client area on 9th February 2020. Server did not disappear anywhere, it is running fine. Even our main website is working, and again, there was no downtime. If you created a support ticket, our team would have guided you well. But it looks you did not try to contact us.
