the offers seems good however the vcpu cores are way to low :/

Can’t say I’m impressed, clearly test file has nothing to do with the actual server you get.
I would suggest using a few different test files, you shouldn’t be getting results that low.
Please log a ticket if the average doesn’t increase after trying one or two alternatives.
