The name ‘LowLatency’ is very misleading.
latency is relative to location
You can always ping 8.8.8.8 from within their network, I usually get about 0.4-0.8 ms on good hosting places.

Running smooth
Just bought a VPS. Everything seems fine except their SolusVM is NOT secured by SSL. Ie. Username and password is being transmitted as clear text. Seriously? Sounds like amateur hour.
Unless they have SSL disabled you can always access it via https://theiriporhostname.com:5656/
