Kevin, from LowLatencyServers, emailed us to share their very first offer to LowEndBox. LowLatencyServers has been hosting VPS servers since 2012 and they claim that their Refund Policy sets them apart from other hosts. Their website states that:

If you are not happy with the server and paying monthly, just ask for a pro-rated refund… Whatever time is left in the month you’ll be fully refunded for. This policy shows that we care about having great performance and up time, all the time!

VPS deployed from this offer are housed in servers with Dual quad-core Intel Xeon E5630 with server-grade drives in RAID10. They told us that they are not overselling their Xen-based plans and they provide true dedicated resources for optimal performance.

        You can always ping 8.8.8.8 from within their network, I usually get about 0.4-0.8 ms on good hosting places.

    Just bought a VPS. Everything seems fine except their SolusVM is NOT secured by SSL. Ie. Username and password is being transmitted as clear text. Seriously? Sounds like amateur hour.

  • Do not use LowEndBox for support issues. Go to your hosting provider and issue a ticket there. Coming here saying "my VPS is down, what do I do?!" will only have your comments removed.
