Order page lists Los Angeles as only option for 2GB and 6GB options. 4GB doesn’t confirm it’s at Chicago.
Can you confirm these will be setup at the Chicago location?

Order pages are showing Los Angeles instead of Chicago, can you confirm orders will actually get placed onto Chicago hosts?

FYI, the info for 4GB plan is incorrect:
    – 30GB SSD, not 50GB
    – 6TB Bandwidth, not 5TB

    Beware!!!

There is no way to ensure you are getting a real KVM type VPS. The ORDER link takes you to their order site and it says in the cart that you get a KVM VPS but there is strangely no way to pick you operating system. Since I wanted to make sure I was getting Ubuntu 18.04LTS I tried going to the LQ Hosting publice website to see if I could order it there. I thought that maybe there was just a glitch in their ORDER link. When I got to their site and tried to order a VPS I found there was no way to actually choose a KVM site!!! You can only get OpenVZ sites from them on their public website!

So, there is no way to choose an OS in the ORDER link, and there is no way to really get a KVM site from them on their public website.

I think I would pass on this company for now. Something seems fishy here. Maybe they can fix this, but I just do not trust it at this point.

    Correction to my last comment…

There is no way to pick your operating system with the 4gb KVM order link. The 2gb and 6gb links work properly. IT still doesn’t matter. There is no option for Ubuntu 18.04, only versions 16 and 17 both now too old to use.

Still no way to order a KVM on their public site either.
