Once billing process was done, VPS is provided immediately.
Support is superb. All questions were answered very fast.
the bill only for montly, is there any yearly?
Be careful of their “no refund” NAT services. They cancelled my service around renewal time but STILL charged me. Instead of a refund, they would only offer an account credit — even though my VPS was long dead. I understand the “no refund’ policy, but when the issue is with their automated systems cancelling and charging on the same service, that’s pretty bogus.

——-4gb ram shared or cpu is shared?—– looks too much cheap for a single user if the resources are dedicated…….
This company did not provide a means to cancel my account and did not respond to emails requesting info on how to cancel my account. When they updated their website to allow customers to cancel their accounts I was able to cancel it but then they continued billing me $4.33 per month anyways. When I asked them why they continued to bill me for a cancelled service they blamed me and said it was my fault for not also cancelling my subscription payment with PayPal. All and all the worst VPS provider I have ever dealt with and worthy of some bad reviews.
