    • Just to be clear –

      We have filtering from Voxility (Vox) directly. Voxility has big filtering capacity (500Gbps+). Filtering / scrubbing is done < 10ms away in Miami, so relatively low latency compared to other companies out there.

      We currently do not provide backups, it is something the customer must do if they wish to have backups in place.

    For that price, I guess, it is acceptable.

      Bad response times, very, very slow DISK/RAM. Very low uptime (lower than 90%).

      • Can you raise a ticket so we can see what node you are on and check for abusers not caught by our monitoring? I will get your issue squared away. As for any delays in response please refer to what I mentioned above and if we find that any downtime was occurred by this we will defenenitly provide you any SLA credits you areally deserved for anyou issues.

    • It is not any new news that we are mostly a 2 man operation. I handle majority of the support tickets. If you have experienced any delay in a ticket recently it would most likely be due to us having to switch mail providers from mandrill.

      If you can private message me or raise a new ticket supplying the ticket number that was slow I will certainly get it rectified.

  20. You have actually deleted my entire server without any Prior Notice or Suspension…
    I had got you many customers + had over 2 years of account with you guys…
    my entire server was just deleted and you guys have absolutely no backups whatsoever!!!!!

    I asked you to give me a backup or refund my card but you guys haven’t done that either…
    I had weekly and monthly backups of all my accounts on the server too!

    I signed up for this plan, paid via 2checkout with a credit card, didn’t get credited so i paid with paypal and it was shown as paid, got my login info but the vps wasn’t working, when i’d login to the VPS CP, for Status: it didn’t say Offline/Online, it said Unknown, so I submitted a few tickets and got a response quickly and they fixed it so I could login and everything, that was 10/17, since then I’ve submitted tickets requesting my 2nd v4 IP (since one is ddos protected, one isn’t) and my /64 of v6 IPs along with rDNS on my v4 IP I do have, well in my first round of tickets they said I could do rDNS for the v4 IP via the VPS CP, so I did that, but never worked. I replied saying that it isn’t working that maybe since they had to fix whatever the issue was, that it wasn’t allowing me to update my rDNS v4 IP. I’ve sent replies and replies since and after they fixed the VPS so I can login and told me to do rDNS via the CP, no replies whatsoever. I’ve asked for my 2nd v4 IP and my /64 v6 IPs, nothing. Those replies were all on the same ticket so yesterday I submitted a brand new ticket and marked it “High” instead of the standard “Medium” asking why my questions and requests in the other ticket, posted the url to said ticket, and basically laid out the issues I was having still in the new ticket, still no response.

    So, I’ve paid twice (which I told them they can just add the 2checkout payment to my bill vs refund) assuming everything would be fixed, but here we are, 8 days later without any response whatsoever.

    They were quick to reply to my server not being setup correctly and responded to my first batch of tickets, but since then not a peep. I’m not expecting a reply within 10 minutes on a ticket but I’d expect to get what I’ve paid for, I even pasted the specs that I had signed up for in a ticket showing what they were offering too.

    So, if you signup with them, good luck to you, hopefully you’ll actually get what you’ve paid and actually get replies to tickets. It’s pathetic but I figured maybe if I post this that whomever is replying for nodeserv will see my issues and take care of my problems, because otherwise I’ve wasted $30 on a VPS I can’t do much with.

    Yes, I’m aware this post is over a year old, but I clicked on the order link and everything was the same so I went ahead and signed up thinking it was still good.

      Well, it’s been 12 days without a response so I submitted a cancellation request and put in there that either they have no support or are just ignoring my tickets for some reason. I know it’d take them about 5 minutes max to reconfigure my account and have everything working and be given everything that the post said I would, I’m not sure if canceling the service will get me someone else that might correct the issues or just cancel it all together, but also requested a $30 refund since I couldn’t use this vps for the services I wanted to in case they might’ve had to change my IP or node to give me everything or not, which I had happen with another service. Figured I’d update this. If they just cancel it, I won’t reply, if they end up making good on everything, I’ll reply after everything is fixed and up and running and give another “review”.
