Does the VPS offer a snapshot capability; and if so, how many can be made?

Probe 2 of your servers, both OpenVZ and Hybrid had no uptime for more than 7 hours, restarted, did not boot, the support took more than 24 hours to solve a problem, offer a very cheap but totally disastrous, should increase prices and offer quality and good treatment to your customers, I’m not interested in passing tickets because I will not open anything else with you and nobody should do it until there is a real commitment that they know how to take care of their customers.
Is windows server 2008 R2 available? or only 2012?

My experience with PNZ Host. I got a Vps about 4 months ago, I have submitted 3 fault reports with the VPS down in that time. I have had other VPS with other suppliers that have gone multiple years without a fault report.
If you purchase monthly can you switch to annual under the same prices?
After 2-3 weeks now with PnZHost. I concur with gregoz. They don’t know much it seems or the person they have either doesn’t know much or doesn’t have all the access needed because they ask you for your SolusVM credentials when they are your VPS providers, they should have access to anything.
My VPS has gone down two times already in less than 24 hours. I asked support what’s going on and they just offered to do a fresh reinstall. I don’t think there’s anything wrong the VPS itself but the node it is in? It’s probably being rebooted or something.
I would say, avoid this. I already paid a full year, don’t make the same mistake.

ordered over 12 hours ago left 3 tickets and still no server. think it is a scam luckily only ordered a month for this very reason.
never answer tickets, never made server, 24 hours later no word from them.. stay away
well what can i say, over 12 hours to answer tickets, refusing to refund, takes long time to setup vps, stay far away..
Had already got a vps from them so decided I’d order again, terrible mistake I made, like someone else mentioned the word “scam” I’d tend to agree with them, no answer in many days, still nothing up and there goes my money
I submitted an order for 1 x small VPS on 12/15. As of 12/23 the VPS has still not been deployed. After opening a ticket they said they were out of capacity and could not provide an ETA for when the VPS could be deployed.
I’ve asked them to cancel my order and provide me a free refund.
I made same mistake and now server down for 3 weeks they keep ask you to retry or just reply in weeks
With numerous problems I am now begging to just get my data back and they can take back the server I will not asking for refund or any financial claim for the rest of 11 months . We just want the data back!
