PrimaHost SRL has been around since March 2012 but they have only been registered as a sole trader since October 2012. Oddly enough, their TOS lists an address in Leipzig (East Germany) – perhaps this is where Nikolaj lives? They haven’t been featured on LEB before, but Nikolaj has been a member of LET since May 2013. VPSprima seems to be a subsidiary of theirs. I couldn’t really find much information about these guys. If you do buy one, it would be great if you could tell us your thoughts.
PrimaHost accept payments via PayPal and credit/debit card (via PayPal). They have a 7 day refund policy and a 99% uptime guarantee. Centos, Debian, Fedora and Ubuntu are all available. 19% VAT will be added to the above listed prices if you reside in the EU and do not have a valid VAT ID. If you require a different operating system, you may have to contact them. For more information, have a read of their Terms of Service.

Owner of the site does not have a valid VAT ID!
Where did you get this information?
From his website! He wants to add 19% VAT to the prices, but don’t report his VAT-ID! This is illegal. It appears that his business is not registered!
If this is not true, then let Nikolaj report his VAT-ID to check it!
So where is Nikolaj? He has nothing to say and this topic does not interest him… :-)
This whole business is shady. The owner must provide a valid imprint and provide a valid VAT id. Both is not the case.
