LowEndBox - Cheap VPS, Hosting and Dedicated Server Deals

QuickWeb 2nd Anniversary LowEndBox Exclusive Offers

QuickWeb I have received 3 “exclusive offers” from 3 different providers over the last 2 days, and I will try to post them in the next few hours (when I can squeeze in some time). Here’s first one — QuickWeb — one of the advertisers here who is now celebrating their 2nd year founding anniversary, is replacing their previous offer with the following offers:

Offer 1 — OpenVZ VPS in Softlayer DC

Offer 2 — Tiny Xen VPS in San Jose

  • 64MB memory/128MB swap
  • 3GB storage
  • 300GB/month data transfer
  • $36/Year
  • Xen
  • Take2Hosting DC in San Jose
  • Order link

Prepayment are required to cover the merchant fee from PayPal. However QuickWeb let me know about their “Peace of Mind Refund Policy”

You can cancel your account anytime for refund of remaining months when pre-paid annually or semi-annually, refund is subject to standard monthly plan rate of used month(s) or part there-of. Questions or Inquiry write us at sales(at)quickweb.co.nz

More coming later :)

    Joe,

You mentioned you guys will double the dedicated RAM on offer one. Would the burst be double as well? Making it 160/256?

Signed up for the xen one, and impressed so far. Would love to see a bsd variant be offered on it though, seeing as both Freebsd now supports Xen (and vice versa). Nothing wrong the penguin, but I like the demon instead. :)

  11. Hello, thanks & welcome to QuickWeb :) FreeBSD is availale via Xen HVM option which means you can install it straight from installer image just like a dedicated machine (it also supports Windows OS). Though our HVM Xen has different pricing so contact us for quote.

  14. It seems offer 2 is the cheapest plan available in VPS market. (Well, actually RamHost is $0.01 cheaper. But you get 1 GB additional disk space and Xen instead of OpenVZ at QuickWeb for this $0.01. Besides, RamHost is sold out currently.)

If I’m not mistaken, the offer from RackVM, currently at the front page of lowendbox.com, is the cheapest plan now. It’s £1.42/month or €1.63EUR/month, according to comments there (http://www.lowendbox.com/blog/rackvm-exclusive-offer-uk-vps/#comment-4197 and http://www.lowendbox.com/blog/rackvm-exclusive-offer-uk-vps/#comment-4213).
That plan is also Xen-based, has better memory and storage than QuickWeb’s offer 2, but data transfer quota is 100GB.

  18. Hi Guys,

We might not be the cheapest around but we have a track record of providing exceptional service on top of cheap price :) that is something like “priceless” – yes we do accept master card :)

Checked your wht link but couldn’t use the discount code mentioned for OpenVZ packages.
I also want Ubuntu 8.10 but couldn’t opt for that in order page.
    Lastly, can I request HyperVM?

    Thanks lowendbox admin.
