Updated February 2012 — Rizie is closing down according to this comment but they are giving back pro-rata refund so not exactly doing a runner. I guess low end market is no longer beneficial to them.
Via this WHT offer. Rizie has released some OpenVZ packages starting from $4/month with 128MB of guaranteed memory. For $6/month you can however get the following package:
- 256MB guaranteed/768MB burstable memory
- 30GB storage
- 500GB/month data transfer
- OpenVZ/SolusVM
Interestingly they chose to use 3x the guaranteed amount for their burstable memory. Their servers are in US although not spelt out in the WHT post, but their website is hosted with WebNX in Los Angeles CA. (Update: their servers have been confirmed to be in Kansas and Pennsylvania, which I guess would be Oak Tower in Kansas City and HostNoc in Scranton). Their domain has been around since 2005 and according to Way Back Machine they have been a web hosting company since at least early 2006.

Nodes are in Kansas or Pennsylvania. cPanel is $15 and need to tell sales first. Minimum specs are C2Q with 16gb RAM.
Sales responded pretty quickly.
