No idea what settings they use but by default it does not work. The “control panel” shows only username and password so no info anywhere as to what settings to use and get it working.
We’ve made this clearer in the control panel.
To utilise the VPN, please setup with a (recommended) L2TP VPN client & utilise the provided PSK key.
Your VPN account credentials are the username/password to the VPN too.

That’s entrapment. Offering a service for money, especially in this instance, requires logging legally…. Am I mistaken?
No logs are held in either of our locations which identifies individual clients. =)
