        12 days since purchase.

        days 1-5: made ticket because “The vm creation is in progress”. no answer on tickets, chat support, nothing. silence.

        day 5: Now says “vps is not provisioned”

        day 6: ticket finally answered, The service was finally “activated”, except it was on centOS even though I chose windows when purchasing. The os changer does not work so I had to make another ticket to get that fixed.

        day 8: ticket answered, “By the looks of it, the installation had been completed” … except it still will not let you connect. Am I going crazy? Am I doing something wrong? I cannot even connect on vnc

        day 9: troubleshooting with vps, trying to connect.

        day 10: bumped the ticket saying I could still not connect, asked if they were even able to.

        day 11: silence

        day 12: silence

        2 weeks and nothing. still don’t know if this is some sort of scam or it’s just amateur hour.

    I bought a server on their web site. 1 day is a passed but they did not delivery yet. Also I opened ticket and again they did not a reply.

    I think they are cheater. Be carefull, Any one should not pay to they.

    I bought a VPS from RZD on Feb 2. VPS was still pending on Feb 5, so I opened a ticket.

    As of Feb 11, VPS has not been created and no reply to ticket.

    Skip this host and look for a different one.

    If you recently purchased a VPS, I would request a refund through PayPal or your credit card. They are unresponsive, and I gave them about 10 days to fix my order before I cancelled it. Tickets were never responded to.

As of the 5th April, RZD Hosting has been merged with JDC Servers, and this has brought the team together with team members brought to RZD Hosting to rebuild the infrastructure which was not functioning at the start of the year. This brings in a combined experience of 15 years within the industry and allows RZD Hosting to specialise in VPS and VPN operations. RZD Hosting lost key members of staff during January-March hence the reason for slow replies during that quarter.
