LowEndBox - Cheap VPS, Hosting and Dedicated Server Deals

ShoveHost - $7/Month 2048MB OpenVZ VPS in Beauharnois, Canada

Michael, from ShoveHost, has recently emailed in an exclusive LowEndBox offer.

VPS Three

  • 2048MB RAM
  • 1024MB vSwap
  • 150GB Raid1 Diskspace
  • 2 CPU Cores
  • 3TB Bandwidth
  • 100Mbps Shared Port
  • 1 IPv4 Address
  • OpenVZ/SolusVM
  • Promo Code LEB-1-30-2013-$7-2GB-Monthly
  • $7/Month –  | Direct Order Link
  • Location: Beauharnois, Canada

This is the first time ShoveHost have been featured on LowEndBox – so welcome to LowEndBox! We are told UnmanagedServers.NET, who we featured a month ago, have been merged into ShoveHost to create ShoveHost VPS. This new brand consists of the same staff, owner and infrastructure. Their nodes are running either the Core i5 or Intel Xeon CPU and have “RAID-Protected Storage”. If you’re a member of LowEndTalk, you may have seen their recently advertised $7 4GB VPS. It appears a few may still be in stock if you need more RAM.

At present, ShoveHost only accepts payments via PayPal. Whilst they don’t have a refund policy set in stone, we are told each request for one will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. For more information, have a read through their Terms.

The requested URL /100mb.bin was not found on this server.

Aside from that I’m glad to see more servers comming out of Beauharnois (OVH) This should finally start lowering the high server prices we see here in Canada. So Thank You Shovehost

Thank you. Seems like OVH still is tweaking their network. My ping times and traceroutes ops to my servers At Netelligent Montreal are much much better.

    • Not sure what you’re asking. We’ve got VPS One and VPS Two at $5 and $10 respectively… those are both smaller than this one (VPS Three)

        • Well, I can do a 256MB RAM, 128MB vSwap, 1 Core, 10GB Disk, 100GB Bandwidth, 1 IP for $2/month.

  4. Hello,
Between the time this was originally submitted, and this was posted, I modified disk space. Order it as it is and then open a ticket and link to this post, and I’ll set your disk space to what is in the offer.
Promo code is LEB-1-30-2013-$7-2GB-Monthly I don’t see why it wouldn’t work but I’ll do some testing.

Also how much for a extra ip address?

On LEB it would be the second company to offer OVH (I believe unless there are more I didn’t see)

      BetaVps beat them.

  19. IMPORTANT: We are out of space on our Canadian nodes and due to some conflicts and problems with OVH, we refuse to provision further servers there. All customers on nodes openvz1 and openvz3 (our Canada located servers) will be unaffected and can keep their Virtual Private Servers as long as they want, as while we are not going to provision any more servers at OVH we are keeping the existing ones.

If you order this now, you will be placed on of our nodes at WholesaleInternet or DataShack. Sorry for any inconvenience!

    February 24, 2013 @ 10:11 pm | Reply
    • By the way, I’ve disabled the original LEB promo code to prevent anybody from ordering it then wondering why their VPS isn’t in Canada.
Our US nodes use either AMD Opteron or Intel Xeon CPUs; all have RAID1 or RAID10. Use promo code “LEB-1-30-2013-$7-2GB-Monthly-US2”

        March 7, 2013 @ 6:36 pm | Reply
        • Not sure what you’re trying to prove.
          We are not a joke;
we’ve been providing hosting since 2010. We’re fairly new to the VPS market and that, so far, has been difficult for us. But we can push through this with some careful planning and improving the efficiency of our operation, and continue to provide a good service at an excellent price.
