VPS servers themselves are pretty good with acceptable uptime.
The control panel to manage resource pools is down about half the time I need to use it. It’s extremely frustrating. When it’s up, it’s fairly slow to load and not super responsive. But it works, and I can deal with a few seconds to load. I’ve tried to deploy to Texas a few times and have gotten “insufficient resources” errors, but I suspect they have added additional server capacity to fix that. NY has been solid and has pretty decent speed.

    Recommended if:
You provision VPS resources and don’t need to change things often or deploy new VPS’es — Uptime is pretty good
Just ssh to your boxes and you probably won’t notice any problems.

    Not Recommended if:
You need to create and destroy new vps or adjust resource allocations.
You need to use an API — The site mentions one, but I am unable to locate any information about it in the customer portal.

Good pricing, but if I were a month to month customer, I probably would hesitate sticking around.

I don’t want to trash them, because when the customer portal pool management is working, things are pretty good. Hopefully they get things figured out with the VPS pool management.

If you want to give them a try,
Buy the small package and kick the tires for a few weeks. See if they meet your needs. All in all they’re packages are a pretty good deal.

Hi , (1) do you have DC (DataCenter) in any other location ? other than NY, TX ?
    (2) if i divide all assigned resource-pool in between two OVZ VPS,
    will you be able to include/assign a /64 IPv6 NET/SUBNET in each VPS ?
    (3) do you setup IPv4 or IPv6 address’s “PTR”/RDNS thru support-ticket or your VPS/Resource management PANEL allows the VPS-customer to do that ?

    (4) you’ve shown “8 CPU Cores” from “Intel Xeon E3 Series Processors” based node , so do you mean you’re allotting 16-Threads/16-vCores ?
    ( Intel CPU’s each Core uses 2-threads aka 2-vCPUs aka 2-vCores).

Which one is it ? is it “vCores” or real (hardware) “Cores” or “Threads” ?

    and, What PERCENT of each Thread-Performance, is actually allotted/committed ? 1-thread’s(aka, 1-vCore’s) 100% OR 25% or what % ?

Well I’ve clearly been ripped off by this company. Not horribly worried about $4 and Pay Pal will eventually refund the money however after paying my bill I continue to receive a non payment warning every single day. I send in the copy from PayPal showing the payment was made and had my ticket closed saying ‘we referred it to our administration staff’ like they even exist. Service is now terminated so I am taking the complaint up with PayPal and will make sure to file a complaint with the BBB using their registered address.

This is after having to have a server moved after the VPS was constantly going down. My guess is they don’t realize I have two accounts with them and quite a few more services all of which either will be cancelled or not renewed. Sure seems all of these ColoCrossing resellers have not a clue what they are doing.

SparkVPS… you terminate my service with payment.. we are done. I hope others watch out because PayPal sure verified you got my money but no one there wants to acknowledge it. So be it – this is why I no longer do business with anyone I find on this site.

after test their vps pool product,
    8 core means 3.3ghz / 8
    so if i create 6 core vps, means 6 @ 550 Mhz

Looks to be the same company as ServerStrong/HostBrz who were also recently highlighted on here. Bunch of scammers who offer horrible tech support and pretend they’re separate companies and people.
