SupremeVPS is totally unreliable. My VPS is down every 2 days. Have 9 support tickets so far. They moved one of my VPS to another DC twice. Still constantly goes down! I truly regret I’ve set up 2 Linux VPS’s with them. They refuse to give my money back, even I registered just 15 days ago. Thanks to AMEX, I opened a dispute and got my money back.

Is there really no cheap and decent quality vps providers? I don’t remember when I read a few positive reviews.
I’ve got accounts with 6 or 7 providers and I have to tell you they are all the SAME. Sometimes I think they are run by the same group of people. Like when NFP got bought by Alpharacks… I started to get adverts from Alpharacks which looked exactly the same like the ones used by NFP, including colors and the “oh its last chance to get the offer bs” and then they extend the offer because apparently there is so much demand lol… who falls for this?

Maybe it’s time leb puts some effort to filter the offers… or maybe someone should create an alternative quality leb site?

    cheers

Hi, can you INCLUDE these with your VPS offers ? and please answer few extra questions i have asked:
    (1) 30xIPv6 or 50xIPv6-address ?
    (2) do you support setup PTR/RDNS for IPv4 & IPv6 ? setup done thru your VPS control panel or support-ticket ? native IPv6 or tunneled ?
    (3) can you(your DHCP/SLAAC server) assign (internet routable & native) one /64 IPv6 SUBNET (not one /64 IPv6 ADDRESS) (from any one of your /48 /56 etc IPv6 subnet/blocks) for any of the VPS offers ? Can you setup your DNS-NameServer(s) to Sub-DELEGATE/point that assigned IPv6 subnet’s REVERSE-ZONE toward my Nameserver’s IPv6-address+zone running in the VPS ? then my-VPS can setup PTR/RDNS for that assigned /64 IPv6 subnet. If not /64 IPv6 subnet, then can you assign atleast one /96 subnet ?
    (4) do you respect+uphold PRIVACY-RIGHTS and Privacy+Protection Laws ? ( GDPR. California SB-1386 civil code §§ 1798.29, 1798.82, 1798.84. CalOPPA code §§ 22575-22579. CCPA (AB-375 / SB-1121) code §§ 1798.100. etc. USA-Federal PRIVACY-LAWS have substantial “opt-out” requirements. etc )
    (5) do you AUTO-SEND any (root/vnc/ssh/control-panel) PASSWORD into any client’s email-address thru OPEN email (when client order VPS or Reinstall-OS or change PASSWORD, etc) ? do you allow new-clients to setup their VPS root-password in the HTTPS based secure VPS-order webpage ? do you share VPS’s any data/code with anyone else or with any 3rd-party ?
    (6) does your offered VPS includes Full-Root access ? TUN/TAP/PPP ? Latest Debian (now v9.9) ?

When any EMAIL’s content is Not-Encrypted With GPG/PGP/SMIME (keys/certs) Then that EMail is OPEN Email.
Data passing thru HTTP is OPEN.
HTTPS is secure/ENCRYPTED. HTTPS is Encrypted with CA validated certificates/keys.
Correct FCrDNS, PTR/RDNS, WHITELISTED-IP, etc are necessary (for MAIL-server) to send-out EMAILs into other’s “INBOX”, or else EMAILs are either REJECTED or placed into SPAM/TRASH folder.

if you respond, then thanks in advance.

Don’t waste your time with this company. Have spend the last 26 days back and forth regarding slow speeds on my VPS with CPU load at 27%. They reply with 1 line answers and have tried to re create my vps 4 times without success. I have wasted so much time replying 31 times, (no exaggeration, I counted them) back and and forth with them and they refuse to refund and offer only a partial credit of an amount they still haven’t advised. If they cant fix the issue what benefit is a credit?, Its not like I’m going to use their service in the future. Currently clawing the payment back through Paypal.
