When we post offers, we really have no idea what the response is like on the provider’s side.

I assume that when the provider comes back repeatedly asking us to share deals, they’re seeing a response.  And sometimes when a provider never returns, we get the sense that maybe their offer is not right for our community, for whatever reason.  Could be geography, price, reputation, or any other factors.
