I am interested in your offer, can I ask one question. Do you collect the monthly payments automatically as I would wish? I have had a problem with a provider suspending my service monthly because I haven’t yet paid a small bill that I wasn’t aware was awaiting payment. This was because they were not charging me automatically which I would have expected.

    • Nope, this is why I cancelled. The VPS was super fast, but with OpenVZ it has the older kernel in which docker does not support.

I really want to buy the top tier offered here but I’m such a newbie. I want to move several websites to this service. I happily learn linux. Having read up on the openvz vs kvm stuff.. I think openvz would be find if the host is not trying to stuff too many vps’ on a single physical machine. I’d easily purchase for a year but am hesitant and would love to see just how well it works before I do so. Any other comments here, and/or what is the policy for cancelling before my year is up, if I purchase a year contract. Also what is the renewal price after the year is up?

    Thank you :)

    • Hi Tsidhu,

You can purchase one of our monthly packages and then upgrade it to an annual package later on by contacting our sales department.

The renewal price will stay the same, we do not do price hikes :)

Grabbed a VPS (1GB) and got everything up and running. Ran great. Got a site up and running and working good. Went to run some errands for a couple hours and got home to the VPS down completely. 3-4 hours with a support ticket working on a resolution. VPS isn’t pingable, reporting open services to nmap, or even showing up in the client portal correctly… Hoping for a positive outcome. It was working good before it went down…

what CPU are you giving us? Can I use them for distributed computing (BOINC) @ 100% CPU? If not, how high? I’m typically looking for a Rosetta@Home task to finish in about 8 hours (28,800 seconds). That’d be about an i5-3470 CPU @ 3.20GHz running 75% of the time on one core.

While we do not offer master reseller accounts, you are welcome to install cPanel/WHM on your VPS with us, and start selling hosting on it that way. We have some clients doing this now, and it works great!

We’ll definitely make sure your VPS is delivered with a clean IP address, don’t worry!
