I signed up for a VPS through this , but I haven’t received any emails with the access details. Even though the VPS is marked as ‘active,’ I can’t seem to get any access.

My server keeps losing internet connection every day for multiple hours. This doesn’t seem ideal for a VPS server that needs to run stuff 24 x 7

and even after 7 hours no one replies to tickets on the website. The owner was very active while selling the service, but when it comes to actually giving the product offered, there is no reply.
It is likely because thier provider is slicehosting.tech they are a super shady company hosted in a terrible data center with a horrid connection.
Thses guys won’ last long.

As soon as you have paid, order is approved. You can login into VPS panel from active products. We have a lot of tickets open so giving support takes some time.

We don’t send email with vps login details, you have to login into VPS panel and build the vps. You can accces vps panel from active products.

Maybe you have only bad drivers for windows server idk but the service its terrible.

Bandwidth is shared so speed might fluctuate, for the windows issue you could explain it in ticket and our staffs will check.

You were not wrong sir. They didn’t pay their hosting bill and the server got “repo’d”. Plus they are also on Slicehosting’s scammy service and shitty network so it was a scam on top of a scam.

They didn’t pay their bill to Slice Hosting, the server has been disabled from the control panel. All our data has been erased.

I went with the bytehosting.tech, I am trying their Xeon – 40GB plan.
So far I have installed my control panel (cloudpanel.io) and have restored a couple of my sites from backup. Seems good so far.
I acquired a 12GB virtual machine. After some adjustments to reduce latency, it was working fine. However, it has been unreachable for over two weeks. I’ve opened several tickets without a resolution. I also tried to recreate it, but the system doesn’t regenerate it. This morning, the site says my account is suspended, but this happens even when no account is logged in. Is anyone else experiencing similar issues?

I reached out to thier server provider and they confirmed that the company hasn’t paid thier server bill for Sept/October.
The first month the download speed ranged from 7mbits to 350mbits and support (from ticket) is pretty useless: response like “for us is all ok”.
Second month, renewed October 23, gave me a not bootable VPS. Is down since October 25. Support: “everything seems fine from our side.
