Paul from Webangel.ie emailed me about the latest package that they have on their website. Now for 4 Euro/month (USD$4.84 damn Euros are cheap these days), you get
- 128MB memory
- 5GB storage
- 100GB monthly data transfer
- Xen/DTC
Servers are in Germany. Interestingly it is now using Domain Technologie Control from GPLHost as the control panel for Xen. I’ve used GPLHost once and the control panel was not bad (a long time ago though), but best of all that it is GPL’ed from the beginning. Therefore if you do not find comfortable that your hosting provider is using proprietary software, it’s something that you can give a try.
The distro selection is a bit lacking though — Debian, CentOS or NetBSD.

I have used webangel’s vps for several days. He is a helpfull person, ticket response time is fast, although i just order the cheapest plan, Xen 64MB.
Distro selection is not just debian, centos,and netbsd. Paul said that it is drawback of DTC. You can select distro by adding a note when ordering.

all the distros listed on our website can be installed form control panel (most of them without any problems:) ) the problem with dtc is that when you create an account you do not get all the choice that you get later on (we are working on fixing that and some other issues)
