No complaints so far. Signup was painless. I think I got 700KB/s on the one file I’ve downloaded but that’s good enough for me.

  2. Well while I was with them they weren’t very good at notifying me of actions they took. Upon challenging them they at first denied it and said they Don’t take action without notifying you first. Then about 2 days later they broke this again. But they DID refund me so give them a shot.

What exactly was the problem if you could share it with us?

      January 22, 2011 @ 3:40 pm | Reply
    • I’m not going into to much detail, we had a disagreement about the VPS. He almost used his service for complete month and we refunded his entire payment.

      • It was more just the fact you didn’t notify me, but other than that your service was good. And like I said you refunded me.

Do you offer native ipv6 addresses?

    • Hi, the discount on both promotions is recurring. We are currently in the last testing stage of IPv6.

Which Debian 5 32 bit version is available?

I just started with a host that uses such a stripped down version of this OS that I had to spend hours online doing research — in order to figure out why my standard setup procedures were failing for this OS which I’ve used numerous times in the past.

Then I had to spend even more time downloading, installing and reconfiguring components of the OS before I could finally begin to install my own executables!

I do not want to get into this situation again, so I’m asking you to please provide me with a reference that shows me precisely which Debian 5 32 bit OS you’re using. Thanks.

    Whats about tun/tap support? possible?
IPv6 would be cool, cause all dedicated servers @hetzner have native IPv6 support.

  11. Hi there. I got 4 VPS with them by now, since about 2 weeks, and I really cannot be more satisfied. They put me on different Nodes and IP subnets as I asked i.e. even moved one of my VPS on request. Pricing is unbelievably cheap and yet the servers (I monitor 3 of their servers atm) are not oversold at all and running fast. They get their dedicated servers from Hetzner, which is considered a very good and stable provider in Germany.

They had one very small outage on one server (shit happens, right?) and the issue got immediately addressed (in the middle of the night even) and resolved, with emails explaining exactly what happened and why.

I must day, that I am very impressed to say the least and that I am very glad I found them here on Low End Box. A VPS host THAT cheap and yet I would not have any reservation whatsoever, to put my production sites on them. Hats off & thanks for the service!

I don’t have many tickets with the owner, but I know the person is being honest and tries to do his best. Usually replies within a day. And when I send a notice regarding a node issues he took action pretty fast.
So I suggest get some patience and try to sort it our over the ticket system.

      • His issue was that he was facing problems with his Kloxo installation. In the end he did not gave us any detailed information what the exact problem was and demanded a full refund.

rofl roel… I have clearly stated that I am installing kloxo and in mid of installation, I am getting an error of disconnected. and my server was going offline… I tried 6 times and every time same error… Now, After cancelling your VPS asking for full refund which you gave, moved to another server, and my site was up in exactly..1 hour 45 minutes..And kloxo get installed in approximately 45 minutes to 1 hours as compare of yours speed which used to take 6 hours and failed every time.. Even after 3 days, I was not able to make my site on.. which i did in just 1 hours 45 minutes from my new server.

I am really sorry to hear that. I know how frustrating it can be to have these kinds of problems, I’ve tried many VPSs in the past. With this one I haven’t had any problems, I even bought another VPS B plan to use for clients’ websites and it is also running smoothly.
