Like Huggy Bear, I lay it out for you to play it out. Usually when we get an offer from a host that has only been in business for a few months and has a privacy-redacted WHOIS, I’m a little skeptical. But in this case, the offers are so wild and novel, I can’t resist.
Introducing ByteHosting! They’re a Danish company that is offering cheap KVM service in Germany. Check these offers out:
- 11GB RAM for $8.25/month!
- 20GB RAM for only $15/month!
- And if you want a massive 40GB VPS (with 8vcpu) it’s only $25/month!
All of these are KVM and all are in Frankfurt, Germany.
Now they say they’re using 64GB host nodes, so potentially they’re looking at deploying a server (granted, it has 10-year-old CPUs) and earning only $40/month in revenue on it. Out of that comes datacenter fees, network, paying techs, profit…sustainable? I’d want some hefty odds before I’d place a bet but I think we’ve all had some delicious fun with huge-but-cheap packages in the past. So if you’re feeling lucky, punk, give them a try!
ByteHosting‘s Terms of Service is available on their web site. They accept PayPal, Crypto, MobilePay.
Here’s a little about ByteHosting in their own words:
“ByteHosting is a hosting provider based in Denmark. We focus on delivering hosting at the best price. We have the cheapest prices in Denmark.”
The LEB community thrives on reports from our readers about the companies they patronize, so please comment below about your experience with ByteHosting.

This sounds awesome! But, after my last two purchases from offers shown on LEB -> going to pass.
I am an old schoolteacher and have to watch my spending so will just donate $12 to local food bank:)
What do you mean ??
Sketchy company. First and foremost I had bought 2 ryzen servers, 18 euros each. After some days of using them, I got an email that they got suspended for “layer 7 attacks” and then that changed to “forms”. Something that never happened. I asked for proof that this happened. Usually, the only time a VPS hoster has an issue with you is if it gets reported by someone. But NO. This is not the case. What they did, when I asked for evidence was that without my consent, they logged into my VPS, opened a python script I had written, took a screenshot and sent it to me as evidence. I asked them how is that evidence? When there is no request to any internet address? They did not respond to that. They then claimed they had received an email from a website that reported my IP to them. I asked them to show me the evidence of this email. He refused to send me details of this, saying “you may buy new vps and then attack this website”, which is absurd. Something that I have never done. To sum this up; they illegaly, without my consent, log into my VPS, all they see is 2-3 files, open them, take screenshots, send them to me as evidence. Evidence contains a 30 lines python script I was working on, that had nothing to do with any request to any internet website. I asked them to refund me. They asked for my customer ID for this, I sent it to them. Then they accused me of having other accounts on their platform because of the IP, then quickly backed up once they realized it’s a VPN. Then they tell me they cant refund because of the python script. Again, does not show any request I have made whatsoever.
Basically, they without reason, suspend their customer’s VPS, find absolutely ridiculous reasons, like a python script, or anything they can use to falsly accuse you, then rip your money off.
I warn everyone to deal cautiously with them. I’ve got ripped of 36 Euros. Please migrate to other hosts. Dont let the cheap prices fool you. It’s the business model for them.
I will further update this review with screenshots of our conversation.
This is false and he trying to spread false information about our hosting everywhere.
We suspended his server, because he used them to DOS german sites resulting in us receiving abuse complaints on our abuse mail and therefor suspending his servers.
And this is not a “business model” for us.
We provided him with plenty of proof.
He is just annonyed he lost 36 EUR.
