XFuse Solutions - $1.99 96MB OpenVZ VPS in Phoenix, Arizona

Brian, from XFuse Solutions, has sent in these three OpenVZ offers. Brian tells us that their OVZ128 plan was very popular on their last offer, so they’ve decided to bring it back for another ’round’.

OVZ96

  • 1 CPU Core
  • 96MB RAM
  • 128MB vSwap
  • 20GB DiskSpace
  • 500GB Bandwidth
  • 1 IPv4 Address
  • OpenVZ/SolusVM
  • $1.99/Month
  • Order Link
OVZ128

  • 2 CPU Cores
  • 128MB RAM
  • 256MB vSwap
  • 50GB DiskSpace
  • 1000GB Bandwidth
  • 1 IPv4 Address
  • OpenVZ/SolusVM
  • $2.99/Month
  • Order Link
OVZ512

  • 2 CPU Cores
  • 512MB RAM
  • 1024MB vSwap
  • 75GB DiskSpace
  • 1000GB Bandwidth
  • 1 IPv4 Address
  • OpenVZ/SolusVM
  • $6.99/Month
  • Order Link

XFuse Solutions LLC have been featured several times before. Compared with our other offers the disk allocation is generous for the price. Each VPS that is ordered has the option to set RDNS from within the VPS Control Panel. They also provide free domain hosting for up to 15 domains. This can be managed from within the VPS Control Panel. Unlike their last offer, servers are now connected to a 1Gbps port. On their last offer, the reviews that they received were great. These plans are exclusive to LowEndBox and can only be accessed via our site – how cool?!

XFuse Solutions accept payments via PayPal and Google Checkout. They offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Clients can now also set their own RDNS from SolusVM. CentOS 5, CentOS 6, Debian 6 and Ubuntu 12.04 LTS are all available in either 32 or 64bit. If you require a custom Operating System, send them a link to it and they’ll upload it for you. Then they will assign the Operating System to you, so only you can see/use it. As usual, we advise that you read their Terms of Service and Acceptable Usage Policy before purchasing.

  4. Hello,

Yes, we are sure we’re running a 1GBPS port.

The speed will differ from one location to the other.

Your speed may be slower than others speeds due to the difference in location.

Here is a result from one of my tests just now.

    # ./bench.sh
    CPU model : Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X5650 @ 2.67GHz
    Number of cores : 2
    CPU frequency : 2668.000 MHz
    System uptime : 9 days, 1:44,
    Download speed from CacheFly: 78.6MB/s
Download speed from Coloat, Atlanta GA: 72.5MB/s
Download speed from Softlayer, Dallas, TX: 43.2MB/s
Download speed from Linode, Tokyo, JP: 8.08MB/s
Download speed from i3d.net, NL: 13.0MB/s
Download speed from Leaseweb, Haarlem, NL: 12.1MB/s
Download speed from Softlayer, Singapore: 5.58MB/s
Download speed from Softlayer, Seattle, WA: 23.3MB/s
Download speed from Softlayer, San Jose, CA: 23.6MB/s
Download speed from Softlayer, Washington, DC: 50.5MB/s
    I/O speed : 461 MB/s

That is from one of our most used servers, shared server Alpha.

    Thanks.

    • Sorry, I must correct myself. That was from another one of our nodes. I was logged in to the wrong one when I ran that test.

This is still not a dedicated 1GBps port speed

looks like a 400 Mbps port

its need to be atleast min 115/MB min or you cannot call it a 1gbps port and 125mb/s as Maxspeed

        • Hello,

Thank you for your input. Unfortunately, I do not know of any provider that provides VPS services that provides each VPS container its own 1GBPS port. It is a shared port, which is shared between each VPS container. As we stated, our servers are connected by 1GBPS ports at the switch. We don’t provide a full 1GBPS connection to each VPS individually. Although, your speed isn’t limited on the VPS itself and it is however set to 1GPBS limits.

          Thanks.

Don’t really want to come out as rude but are you seriously going to expect dedicated GBPS port on a 7$ vps?

    • thanks for clarifying

  5. Hello,

To clarify the 1gb port thing. The server is connected by a 1GBps Port. This port is shared. So technically each VPS is connected with the same bandwidth capability. Now, the real world speeds will differ. This is due to your geographical location as well as network utilization. I don’t think any provider out there has the ability to provide full 1gbps speeds to all VPS servers on their node.

We have many customers from all over the world that never have an issue. We make sure that our networks are performing as they should.

As we stated before, we do have a 30 day money back guarantee. So if the speed is an issue, we will refund your money.

    Thanks.

    “Cancellation Refunds
We DO NOT refund partial monthly fees to accounts. We require 30 days notice for a cancellation.”

I don’t like this. How this works?
So, if I order today, and cancel tomorrow (or one day after the billing cycle start), I will need to pay the next month too?

    May 2, 2013 @ 3:03 am | Reply
    • No, this is only for after the 30 days. Basically the way it works if if you order today, don’t like it you get a full refund. If you have it for 3 or 4 months, and you don’t like it, you can request a cancellation, but it will either be immediate or at the end of the billing period. This way we don’t have to figure out how much to refund to you. It makes it easier for us and you.

Our 30 day money back guarantee starts from the day you order until the 30th day. On the 31st day your bill will be due, you don’t have to pay it or if you do, you have service for the entire month unless you cancel before your due date.

      Thanks.

          Thanks.
          Is clear now.
I know the billing software WHMCS and HostBill (maybe) allow you to cancel immediately or at the end, and even after the new invoices got generated, but this kind of sentences sound like you are forced to pay an extra month to get your service cancelled.

          • Hello, not at all. If you’re within your 30 days you get a full refund. If you’re out of it, then hopefully you’ll use it the full month after you paid. We can however take that on a case by case basis. Meaning if you pay and only used half the month and we can’t fix whatever issue you’re having, and depending on the amount of bandwidth you have used we can refund half the month.

This would only be handled on a case by case basis and we haven’t had any issues with refunds lately.

            Thanks.

  7. Hello,

To help sell this offer, we’re now offering DOUBLE RAM for all 3 of these plans! Once you order just open a ticket or a chat and we’ll get it upgraded for you!

So, 1GB ram for $6.99/month! Can it get any better? Yep, I’ll double your disk and bandwidth as well!

Just include it in the ticket and say Duke sent me to get my upgrade.

    Thanks.

  8. RP:

I was very tempted to order, especially after noting the double RAM offer above. However, I get very poor speeds when grabbing the test files from a variety of other stable VPS providers (RAMNODE/Seattle, BuyVM/Vegas, etc.) (Most were below 1mb/sec sustained.)

I tried seven all across the US, so I’m not sure if something weird is going on with routing to Arizona.

    • Hello,

It is possible. I’m not seeing those speeds and I’m in Louisiana.

You can always order and try it out yourself. If you’re not satisfied, we can do a refund. Keep in mind that the test files are located on our shared server. We hosted them there due to our Shared hosting offerings wanted to see the files on the same server. It is in the same network, but its speeds sometime fluctuate due to network usage.

We’ll do our best to work with anyone on LowEndBox. We love this community.

Remember, open a support ticket or a live chat to get the double offer.

      Thanks.
