Updated August 2010: Zabogo.com has been up and down for quite a while, and has now redirected to a domain parking page since 6 July 2010. FAIL.
Via this WHT offer. Zabogo is part of the Graxis Inc company, and can probably be called the re-incarnated version of BuzzServers when BuzzServers got sold to Graxis back in July last year. They have a new promotion at the moment offering $1 off their cheapest VPS plans using coupon code 1DOLLAR. That brings the price down to $4.95/month with the following spec:
- 256MB guaranteed/512MB burstable memory
- 2GB storage
- 50GB/month data transfer

From the test IP it appears to be in ChicagoDallas. While the domain was only registered in July last year, as said before that it is part of a larger company that has quite a few web hosting business under its wing. Good amount of memory for running sites with even Apache — but you might soon find yourself limited by the amount of disk space & monthly data transfer limit.
