  3. Are they only offering a special at the 128 meg level? I don;t see any other mention of specials on their site and I can;t get their cart to load from here. (That’s probably on my end though. Starbucks is rather slow this morning. Dropping too.)

      I’m not buying VPS’s everyday. :p
      I just buy it when I need it. And currently I need a XEN one.
      My current VPS speed at Big Brain Host is great at this moment, and it’s stable :)

      I’ve tried several offer from the LowEndBox, and now it’s only 5 survivor on my lists. Rest of them having bad support, bad network ( keep rebooting every month / lagging everyday ).
      2 VPS’s as a WHM/Cpanel server, hosting my friend and my brother websites.
      1 for DNS Cluster
      1 for running my Blog
      1 for VPN ( securing my internet access when I’m using public / office connection. And also for some weird Indonesian website that can not accessed from Indonesian, for example PINDAD)

    I purchased a VPS to test … so far so good … really great service in term of quality and support! Brian was super helpful … I can’t recommend them high enough, it’s like a dream come true!

    Oh, and a super feature: they can make a template out of one of your VPS and simply duplicate it if you need more. Quite a very very interesting feature for me as I need a base VPS and have it replicated for all of my customers once it is stable enough.

    they are told me:
    At all times, You bear full risk of loss of any content and software you place on the Big Brain Host servers.
    and remove my support tickets and do not answer my phone or emails

    just told and replay to me:
    we haven’t any files and sql from you, your data removed yesterday after down your reseller

    NOW MY RESELLER IS DOWN FOR A WEEK TIME

    I’M VERY VERY ANGRY, MY PROJECT PRICE WAS $4500. BUT REMOVED WITHOUT SEND ANY BACKUP TO ME

    Hello,

    As explained to the client in this case, it was a billing system glitch that caused this error. We would not intentionally delete or remove an account without any sort of notification. We restored the client’s files within just a few short hours of the issue – from our latest backup of the client’s files. Please be aware that this is not a virtual server but rather a shared hosting account which we acquired back in November. To add, because we caused this issue, we have refunded the customer every invoice since the client signed up – even prior to the acquisition. To conclude, these comments should be removed as they do not pertain to any current offers or even a “Low End Box.”

We have replied to each and every of the numerous tickets and the phone calls that were received during business hours. The tickets were not removed, they were marked as “Closed” as you were using vulgar language and harassing our support team.

  • Do not use LowEndBox for support issues. Go to your hosting provider and issue a ticket there. Coming here saying "my VPS is down, what do I do?!" will only have your comments removed.
  • Akismet is used for spam detection. Some comments may be held temporarily for manual approval.
