Servers with Hurricane Electric’s data center in Fremont CA (test IP: 184.105.172.195). Current website shows 90’s designs, saying “Re-Opening Promotion” — which I presume that they must have somehow closed, and then re-opened the business again. Domain has been registered since February 2010, but WHOIS info is currently masked by privacy guard. However, on another domain owned by the same owner, “pewf.in”, contains possibly his actual profile including birthdate and other info. WHOIS of that domain also points to a local high school.
Anyway. This industry is nothing short of teenage boys making their first entrepreneurial effort. HE’s DC in Fremont also seems to be quite popular. So take your bet :)

Probably get more shit for this by anonymous comments but looks like he had a problem setting up Virtualizor:

I include that just for background information. Feel free to question and insult. Getting used to it.
YOU SUCK!
(Actually, I do enjoy your insight/comments :)
it would appear they don’t use SSL for order processing..
Hey everyone,
I’m Joseph Le, the owner of Ethelite Hosting.
The bit about Virtualizor is true. I did have trouble getting Virtualizor to work. Virtualizor didn’t really give me much of an error message to work with in the first place but I did figure it out in the end. Since then though, I’ve switched to SolusVM. Virtualizor wasn’t as mature as I hoped it would be.
Ethelite Hosting’s reopening is more of a relaunch. Ethelite Hosting’s relaunch is an attempt to aggressively compete against other providers. Ethelite Hosting is now back and strong as ever with clients worldwide!
You’re getting servers at HE through a german company? o.O
No, I own my VPS nodes in Fremont. The nodes are colocated in the same cabinet as the German company.
Why would I buy this if Thrust VPS offering 1 GB KVM for 3.00$?
If you’re referring to the deal featured on LEB, ThrustVPS was offering a UK-based 1GB KVM for £3.95 not $3. This is in British pounds not US dollars as well.
While this price is cheaper, it looks like they have run out.
TrustVPS isn’t reliable. I’ve heard a lot of really bad things about them. I’m currently with Ethelite and I love the service!
