Bought a VPS pool service with them a couple months ago. It works stable and good, I can recommend :)
Bought one! On the prelim, servers seem very fast, and support answered my support ticket in 18 minutes on Christmas Eve… not too shabby.
Merry Christmas!
is VPN allowed???
Price stays the same forever? it is very good price….
THNX & merry XMas..
Bought the $79/yr plan. Unbeatable value. Thanks guys
Happy new year,
Do you allow game servers to be hosted? Looking to put up a couple of HL1 servers
Merry Christmas everyone! Hope you guys enjoy the specials we have today ;-)
If there’s any questions, please let us know, we will be happy to answer.

Stay Away, it won’t even run a clean install of Centos 7 without shutting down. I don’t know if they are way oversold or just restrict the resources. If you put in a support ticket they reboot the server and say it’s fixed. Then it crashes again. You should be ashamed of yourself!
what internet speed they have? 1gbps? 100mbps?
thanks
What’s the openVZ version?which kernel do they run?
I need to use docker/kubernetes
Yes OpenVZ, probably can’t do that. I have a 5 VPS pool, I can do any checks you like. I got a little frustrated with, performance or connection was mediocre, not sure what the bottleneck
yeah,
after a few hours and lots of tickets, the performance-problem isn’t really solved.
tonight (CET) I also had a lot of downtimes; my Monitoring-Tools looked like a christmas tree :(
Do you have KVM pools?
I want to buy 6 x VPS Pool
It has 6 IPs
Does 6 IPs is different Class C?
Bought it a few hours ago and added some virtual systems.
It’s quite nice. But I have the feeling, that the L.A. server has significant heavier things to do – at least he runs slower then dallas while using.
here some benchmarks
Los Angeles:
Dallas:
From the above (benchmark) result, the Average I/O speed seems fast for a typical HD storage. Are they HD? Or SSD?
I’m going to be perfectly honest here… it makes no sense to me that I’ve had such a negative experience with them and yet see positive reviews for this company. I experienced a major downtime issue right off the bat and opened a support ticket. I only received one reply to it and the issue was finally resolved the following day (16~ hours of downtime only days within opening an account with them).
That issue and support ticket never received a reply as to what happened nor even a “hey it’s back online” reply.
Since then, my pool is always offline when I do login to the clientarea and I have no idea why. The server has no active sites on it. It’s sole purpose right now is storing backups of my websites.
And currently, I can’t even access their website because my antivirus gets triggered when I attempt to do so.
Those Dallas I/O results are a little troubling for an HDD.
The 171 MB/s and 166 MB/s speed are typical for HDD but the third one which shows an increased speed of 1.1 GB/s seems way too fast hence could be an aberration (raising the average for three runs to 487.8 MB/s) so maybe the benchmark could have benefited from caching?
Signed up and instantly flagged as fraudulent before I could even pay for the service. I’ll stick with Linode and DigitalOcean.
Clicking on the ORDER button for the 2xVPS Pool offer and I get an https link with no cert (Firefox flags in up as insecure), I change that to http and OpenDNS flags the site up for phishing?! Needless to say I didn’t continue further!
Anyone else seeing this?
Terrible performance. My VPS is in LA, right of the bat, my VPS went down for 9 hours and they didn’t even notice. Had to open ticket, their 99.9% uptime is a joke. When I asked about the guarantee uptime, and what they’re doing with the SLA, all they said is “Sorry for the inconveniences”.
My VPS went down subsequently a few more times, lasting from 4 hours to a few minutes. Same response. Sorry, it won’t happen again.
Right now my VPS is up and the server barely running with heavy load. I don’t have anything running besides a test site which gets 4-5 hits a day.
I would recommend to stay far away from them.
Im a user from this company for 28 days and im quiting, i have the pool vps 6 vcpu, no one of my vps works well, all there is slow at everything. i recomend another service from all my heart.
Grettings.
Bought a VPS 6 Pool 2 weeks back. Totally disappointing. Slow as hell. IO Speeds suck. All VPS went down at-least twice for hours and even the Support ticket control panel also was not accessible.. Looks like everything is on one host. Been transferring 2gb file to the VPS since from another.

dump.sql 48% 1221MB 7.9MB/s 02:41 ETA
dump.sql 50% 1272MB 1.4MB/s 14:36 ETA
and still waiting.
They reply to tickets but no real solutions or answers provided till date. Answers not satisfactory. They say they will add a new node in 2 days.
Few more days more and i’m quitting.
I have ordered a VPS pool with BigFootServers but I immediately noticed it was very slow.
A simple apt-get was taking tens of minutes, while on other providers it was near instant.
I also coulnd’t use kernel 2.6.X they offered.
I asked for a refund within the first day but they put my ticket on hold.
After a week, I asked refund from Paypal and they started to send me threats that they will report me in FraudRecord.
Seems to be a problem here. Server I bought non responsive, main site gets blocked by my virus scanner.
I was able to get in and restart the VPS (by temporarily disabling my Avast) and they are now aware they they are marked as a phishing site. The load on the server doesn’t match what I am running. I expect it is oversold. I had high hopes :-(
Frequent reboots, inaccessible machines for days at time, opendns and others block management site.
Down for half a day, then shutdown 3 times this weekend. All in all over, over the past 5 months, average uptime ~5 days.
Avoid!
