how much DDoS protection is included?
Just ordered a VPS based on positive response from their previous offering. Paid through Paypal. But didn’t check carefully about negative feedback recently. All looking good and service is active except the VPS is offline. No amount of booting/rebooting can bring it to be alive. Suspecting the node is oversold and the VPS can’t be started? Opened a ticket. No response yet. Will see what they say.
How did that go?
Signed up a VPS today. So far bad experience. Paid via PayPal. Received login info and notification that the VPS was activated. However the VPS was offline. Opened a ticket 12 hours ago and it’s still offline. More over, now the management portal can’t even connect to the host. Suspect the host was way over subscribed, or simply died. This merchant took the money with ultimate efficiency and delivered nothing.
4GB VPS -> how many IPs? IPv6?
