It’s a stupid company.
No root password can be found from their CP.
If you order, I hope you have better luck with them than I did.
I had ordered a 512 KVM located in New York with them last year, but promptly asked for a refund due to performance issues probably due to over-provisioning. One speed test I measured had a download speed of 1.35 Mbs and upload speed of 0.67 Mbs. Server responsiveness was a problem as well. Simply running an apt update took over ten minutes.
Hopefully their Los Angeles servers are better.

TechVPS < here are few questions for TechVPS:
(1) What is your fee/rate for extra SSD/HDD space ?
(2) For mail-server & name-server purpose, do you allow to setup IPv6+IPv4's rDNS/PTR through support-ticket ? or is there a SolasVM/KVM control/management panel webpage option to setup rDNS/PTR ? free ?
(3) Your assigned IP-adrs are WhiteListed or BlackListed ? https://www.dnsbl.info/dnsbl-database-check.php Will you change BL ip-adrs for free/instantly ?
(4) Do you allow full root access ?
(5) Do you allow to load Custom ISO/Lnx ? free ?
TechVPS issued WHITELISTED/CLEAN IPv4 after request. IPv4 RDNS setup taken bit longer than usual.
Also assigned IPv6, & completed PTR/RDNS setup for IPv6. My/our support ticket # 462029.
Initially we found the VPS to be much less responsive!!
They have taken some time, but changed VPS related components in their side, and finally now VPS is responsive,
and much better than before, and so far running fine.
We’re still configuring server-apps, stay tune, we will find-out how its performing.

Ordered the Easter Offer VPS, paid via PAYPAL.
They took my money. No VPS login sent within three days!
Opened a support ticket and reply said above the agents level of responsibility and they would refer to management.
No timely response from management.
Opened another ticket this time to billing, same response.
Still no VPS login details.
No action three days later.
AVOID THIS COMPANY.
They are not able to deliver, neither support or billing have ability to action.
Is the price recurring or only for first year?
I ordered a 1GB KVM yesterday morning. Paid with PayPal.
The VM had status ‘pending’ for about 34 hours.
After 24 hours I opened a ticket. This was answered 10 hours later (exactly at the same time my VM was activated).
So the flow of information could have been better, but now my KVM is up and running. Looks good.
Obviously I live in a different Timezone. Like 9 Hours before them.
To me it seems that they don’t really have 24/7 support.
The time I got a reply was like 9:30 their TZ.
( I suppose the Tech Guy came into the office at 9 this morning, had a cup of coffee and started working on the orderqueue. )
Well that’s fine with me.
As others have said, their service is pretty bad. Paid on May 4th, still waiting for an account and no replies to any support tickets. It was cheap and through paypal, so not too worried about getting my money back. Only chose them because the ping from China to there was better than the current vps service I’m using.
I have a VPS with them, but now the IP block that my VPS was in is actually blacklisted by quadranet (their host). So that’s fun.
If you feel like running a VPS that is deleted randomly without notice and also interacting with tech support that doesn’t respond then by all means use this company!
This one is cheap but not fully functional, my server disappears for more than one week and they have neither response to me nor restoring from any backup. I think my annual subscription is trashed. Don’t buy it.
Its terrible.
My VPS with them has never had routable internet. No way to access it other than html VNC which is of course not good for anyhting.
Has not worked from the second that i got it.

I have the same scenario as Bob J. Nothing works. I now get on their console “Virtual sever not found” when I try to boot/reboot/VNC into the box.
Same here, thankfully there’s a PayPal to hear and grant a dispute from this kind of scam artist.

JUST RECEIVED AN EMAIL. These scam artists just said they are closing their doors immediately and any VPS will be gone within 24 hours.
Just got an email with no explanation they are closing down immediately. ALL VPS will be deleted.
AVOID TECHVPS! Paid for a year. My VPS stopped working in a couple months. No response from support. Money is gone. Received email below on 6/13. This company is a fly by night scam.
