Does anyone know what is going on with this company? Their site and services have been down all day today – very worrying!
I’m really sick of the downtime these guys keep slapping me with. All I want is a simple ssh jump-server, but it needs to be there when I want it or it’s useless. Gonna try Virmach.

I bought a 3-years hosting plan (600GB Disk Space) few months ago and since them I started the migration of my mailboxes to there.
But as soon as I reached 90GB, I started to get NO FREE DISK SPACE AVAILABLE and I’m unable to receive or send any message exactly because of this error.
I’m reporting to them this problem for the last 6 weeks, giving them all the details and screenshots and they just giving excuses and not providing a solution.
After exchange dozens of messages, it’s clear for me that they don’t have any technical knowledge or expertise of this market.
I already requested the refund of the money paid and, of course, they ignored all of my requests.
It’s clear for me that they are selling hosting plans with disk spaces like 600GB but delivering plans with even less than 100GB. This is a criminal behavior.
It’s clear for me that they are selling hosting plans but they don’t have any knowledge or technical team to give support and solve problems.
So, if you don’t want to lose your money, don’t buy anything from this company.
