Cloud Shards opened up in 2012 and are based in Sydney, Australia with staff operating from around the world. This is their first post on LowEndBox and they aim to provide cost-effective, premium and reliable hosting to their clients. Their nodes are comprised of E3-1270v2/E3-1230v2 CPUS, 32GB RAM, Hardware RAID10 with BBU and Gigabit Ports. Harry is active on LowEndTalk and has recently posted a halloween special. There was a bit of controversy with them on LowEndTalk earlier this month, however from what I can tell it has now been sorted and the issues raised have been addressed. I couldn’t find any reviews, so if you’re a customer, be sure to leave a comment below! A SSD Cached VPS offer is listed below.

Hi, thanks for the interest. This is definitely a long term plan. However, there are still things we’d like to see improved in Australia data centers before going down that route.

Thanks Erawan. For anyone having issues with Paypal, we’ve also added Payza as an extra payment option. Thanks to all those that have ordered so far!
Just bought one. Here is the speed test,
Hi, great to have you on board. The speeds from New York to Australia will be slower. Having said that, we do have stuff in Los Angeles in the works that will be fast for Asia/Oceania. If you’re interested, just raise a ticket for pre-order pricing :)
Just ordered one, little worried that we’re only Invoice number 76.. I’ll just be sure to keep backups.
Thanks for your business. We are a relatively new provider but rest assured, we take great care in ensuring a great customer experience. We’ve also got RAID60 storage plans that you can use for backups if needed.
If you ever need anything we have 24/7 support. Simply raise a ticket and we’ll work with you to resolve any issues.
Bandwidth has now received a slight increase on all plans. Enjoy :)
In the options field is this to add extra bandwidth and storage to your account?

It seems if I put what the plan says then the price goes way up.
Hi, thanks for taking interest.
Yes, these options provide you extra bandwidth and/or storage for purchase. You do NOT have to purchase any. They are optional.
It looks like you picked the quarterly option? This is why the price is 3x the monthly price.
It says Promotion code entered does not exist. Does this mean they all have been used?
Hi Charles, which plan did you try this for? Also are you paying monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually? Are you an existing customer?
This discount only applies for new signups. If you are an existing customer, raise a sales ticket and we’ll see what we can do for you.
