This is the second offer that we’ve listed from PzEa; the English brand of the Chinese webhosting provider kvmla.com, who were founded in early months of 2012. On their previous post, half of Hostloc decided to descend on their offer and write many comments in Chinese. Unfortunately, I don’t speak chinese so if any PzEa customers see this, I would be grateful if you could write a few words about you experience with PzEA in English. Their nodes are using either the Intel Xeon E5620 CPU or an Intel Xeon E3 processor and for diskspace, they’re using a four-disk RAID10 storage array.
According to the ticket, weekly full backups are included with each plan but you should still take your own to be extra safe. Management can be added for $25/month and DirectAdmin can be ordered on the KVM plan for $5/month. For payments, they seem to accept both Paypal and Liberty reserve. They might be have a good hardware and infrastructure, but their support was really poor. I was trying to ask why my nodes are experiencing request time out frequently. But they said it’s just a temporary problem. That’s all. They never try to find out why and offer other solution at the first time. And somehow it’s just happen again. Just moving to another VPS provider and very happy with it.

You bought a VPS and then wanted to move to another location, our staff let you submit a tracert and said could move to SJC. KVMLA is relatively familiar one in China, as usual,there are a lot of negative information about them in China.But no one can stop KVMLA, he is still getting better and better development. Funny thread, I spotted so many Chinese spammers here.
I have known Kevin for a long period, he is a really guy and always does good jobs.
But I think the largest to PzEA is language gap, sometimes Kevin may not get across what clients mean as his English is not that good, however he strives to be better.
It might be a good idea to hire someone that knows English if they continue to try and market towards a global audience.
Last night Kevin told me they are going to do so, while I not sure it will come into effect as they are mainly providing service for mainland Chinese.
BTW, be careful if you are going to join Hostloc, it is even more dangerous than LET.
I hope this means the issues will be resolved. How do you join Hostloc? You need invitation code. Where do you get it?
