The LowEnd community is pleased to announce the launch of our new site, ServerVerify!

This project, nearly two years in the making, brings the next generation of server benchmarks to our community.  Based around the ubiquitous YABS benchmark, ServerVerify brings together thousands of YABS with comprehensive, real user reviews and our proprietary score, all in a searchable database.

There’s nothing else like it on the Internet.

And get this…you likely already have a ServerVerify account.  You can login with your LowEndTalk credentials!

ServerVerify combines a massive YABS database with user-submitted reviews, and a wealth of other data including coupon codes, hosting plans, and alternate providers.

The intent of ServerVerify is to build a neutral, trustworthy hub where our readers and members can get hard data on providers and share their own experiences.  Everything on the site (other than banner ads and clearly labeled promoted brands) is submitted by the community.  When you read a review or a YABS on ServerVerify, you know you’re reading something written by a LowEnder just like you!

What Can You Do On ServerVerify?

You can:

• Search for a provider and read over 1,500 reviews
• Submit your own YABS by running a one-line, paste-able YABS command on your server.  The result is automatically uploaded to ServerVerify!
• Look at the leaderboards to see who’s got the best bang for the buck
• Compare providers using ServerVerify’s proprietary score, which factors in CPU, disk, and network performance
• And much more!

Let’s Take a Quick Tour

I’ll search for RackNerd, a favorite community provider.  I’m taken to the detail page for that provider, where I can see the full database of benchmarks on file.  These are harvested from posts on LowEndTalk, and submitted by ServerVerify users.

If I click on one of those benchmarks, I get the full details, including all the YABS details:

Scrolling down, you can see everything from the YABS – disk, CPU, network, etc. tests and results.

A Very Exciting Beginning!

The LowEnd team has been hard at work on this project since 2023, and has put a ton of work into making ServerVerify everything we ourselves want to see when we’re shopping for great hosting deals.  We invite you to check the site out, and we’re eager to hear any feedback.  If you like what you see, feel free to submit your own YABS and reviews.  ServerVerify is a completely free resource and we think you’re going to love it.
