I never heard about InterServer.net and took a look to InterServer.net’s TOS:
3.b
3.b is only applicable to virtual hosting and reseller accounts. No site may use more than 15% of the total server output at any given time.
Adult Sites (pornographic) are prohibited on shared/virtual hosting and shared/reseller accounts. Mailing Lists with over 2,000 members are prohibited on shared/virtual hosting and shared/reseller accounts. Web Based forums with over 2,000 members are prohibited on shared/virtual hosting and shared/reseller accounts. Interserver reserves the right to suspend any client which violates section 3 of our Terms Of Service.
There is nothing about that on SynHost.eu TOS page: http://www.synhost.eu/tos.html
And one more: “You may not use over 12% CPU and Ram usage” – is it normal, only 12%?
Just a curiosity.
@Uncle Bob: 12[.5]% makes sense on 8-core setups as that means ~100% load on a single core.
12% of the RAM (it seems this is for the shared hosting) on a large server is huge for a single site (~1GB on a 8GB box), so I think it is justified.
Hello,
The tos is from interserver’s vps. And the 12 percents are from shared hosting. I will update the tos ASAP. The vps’s are hosted in wholesaleinternet datacenter.

SynHost.eu
server is dead.. lost all my stuff.. i knew something was wrong when they refused to answer me for over 2 weeks.. thanks synhost
Can we confirm whether SynHost.eu is dead? Their website is certainly still alive. I do find something really dodgy with their website — http://web.synhost.eu/wp/ “Gambling Video Blog”? WTF?
Looks like they;re giving the different versions of wordpress a whirl:
http://web.synhost.eu/wpmu/
Both of those installs are 2.8.5 versions. Been there a while.
Okay. It looks like it’s dead now. Here’s a related thread on WHT.
Synhost’s website loads just fine for me. Who is Synchost.eu?
SynHost.eu was sold to IGOSBE, and IGSOBE is an immensely unreliable company with no end of complaints on WHT.
