      I am not getting why have you posted a negative review here while we had sorted this billing issue out on ticket, but let me summarise it here:

      The client has placed the order and choose to pay via “Razorpay Payment Gateway” which is mainly for the INR currency and we have also mentioned it and client can easily understood by seeing the text INR here “Razorpay – Credit / Debit Cards / Net Banking / Wallet / UPI / PayTM (INR)” but still client has choose it to pay via same gateway for USD currency and not the 2checkout or PayPal, as the Razorpay is for INR, other currencies payments needs to check and verify manually, while the order was placed in Indian night time, billing teas was not online and hence the support team has escalated the ticket to billing to check and settle in the morning but instead of waiting for the solution, client started submitting multiple negative reviews on multiples sites including here.

      If the client has choose to pay via 2Checkout, there was not need of opening a PayPal account, as added in our recent following blog post:

      In regards to the 2CheckOut, please note that you do not need to open a PayPal account to pay using 2checkout, as they have recently made some changes and added a new feature, and I have also updated in our blog here, please refer to it once:

      While it was clearly mentioned in the invoice, that Razorpay is mainly for INR payment but still used it so it was not our fault, but instead of paying and not via 2checkout or PayPal, client could have contacted us by opening a ticket as well before paying that I would like to pay via card but don’t want to open a PayPal account, so we could have suggested him accordingly.
