Och, this kills it for me:
“does not allow me to make calls to third-party SMTP provider such as AWS SES or MXRoute. I mean, I’m not using the vps itself as the SMTP server, just making call to to third party’s 587/465 port, but it’s not allowed.”
Blocking ports to use a service like SES tells me all I need to hear about this provider.
I think they recently added additional cores to some plans an no additional charge. But overall it looks like a good deal!
