  1. Happy new year to everyone!

    Thank you, Jarland!

Just a couple of corrections – the UK nodes are pure SSD, while Bulgarian are HDD. All in a RAID array, of course.

We also offer DDoS protection in Bulgaria and guaranteed protection in the UK for additional pricing.

If anyone has any questions – feel free to email me over at alex [at] dagroup.bg

Just wondering why BW just cut to low?

    • Hello Lucas,
Which package? Just open a ticket for a custom quote and we can probably figure something on on the BW side and offer more.

I used to be his clients before hw sold the biz, good service, few downtime.
Sometimes hard to reach due to his traveling, but overall good guy and good service.
I don’t have a service anymore, wish I had one.

  4. I got a VPS with them on the 30th of June 2015 for the Bulgaria location. My experience with them has been good thus far.

There have been two short-lived outages (one < 5 minutes, one < 10 minutes) between then and now, so well within the SLA they are offering.

The node is very stable, and I'm not noticing any abuse of resources on the server itself.

They have been hit with some network issues though. They communicated the issues well, without trying to hide the reason for those issues, and gave ample time for customers to react.

Overall I'm very happy with the VPS :)

    Offer looks extremely interesting.
I opened a ticket yesterday but no one responded yet…
Perhaps it is better to go to ImpactVPS?

  7. j.w.:

Company took over 2 days to respond to an issue with bad I/O on a KVM node – and with a bit of an attitude, in my opinion.
