Contacting support they switched my order to monthly payment, good start but… The VPS was useless to me. I intended to use it as a vpn. When asking for ppp to be enabled the response was it is not available on the promo vps, you need to update to a full vps. When asking why the answer was “Promo VPS with limited options Limited configuration, limited ticket time”
