STAY AWAY! They’re service is terrible. Your pools and servers will go down or stop responding and so will their own website! Any claim of reliability is a lie. Their support answers in a decent time but if they do get your services working, it’s just a matter of days or hours until you have issues again. When I ask for credit for the downtime, I’m asked for proof and what time period. The time period is from when I signed up! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH BIG FOOT SERVERS!!
I had this issue with a few of the servers I spun up. It seems if you destroy the server and wait a few days, you may end up on a new node without issues. It’s completely random and not good quality due to that. So I agree.
Their services are terrible. I tested them personally, everything was ok only for a very short period of time, after which problems arose, irretrievable and endless.
My advice is to stay away from them.
Regards,
Alex
The negative comments are true. I struggled for a year with bigfoot, with their constant shutdowns of my VPSs, the 2-3 stupid questions from support before they did anything, etc.
But, it is a good provider for learning since it lets you have multiple VPSs with adjustable resources for each one of them. If you are starting get their 4 VPS deal and play. You can assign most of the RAM and disk to one VPS and have minimal resources for the others or whatever else you want. Just keep in mind that the VPSs will go down for a few days sometimes and you will have to contact support to bring them back up again. They will also be very slow at times.
