    Hey Mitesh,
How long does it take for VPS to be deployed (France)?

    November 22, 2020 @ 7:10 pm | Reply
    • Hi,

It takes only few minutes to deploy the VPS on France after fully configured and tested the credentials. However, It will take few hours on weekends in night hours (IST).

      Kind Regards,

      – Mitesh

Worst service ever, thank you very much, Hostnamaste. I could expect something like this from a $10/y plan, but $40/y suppose to be at least bearable in terms of quality and support.
And on top of that trying to scim some money from me, not making a full refund? That’s a new low…
        —- Escalated to Paypal —-
Offered product was significantly different from the one advertised.
Bandwidth was 5 times less than on the purchase page (1TB instead of 5TB), no virtual swap present (2GB promised on the purchase page). But most importantly the performance of the storage (which also was not even promised 60GB) was on par of 20-year old laptop pc. ~30 mbps IO when the industry standard is at least 200 mbps average IO.
Many tickets opened from day one, and during these 3 days the support was evasive and unprofessional at best, terminated my cancellation request without prior notice.
The way they wanted to “fix” the issues – was just laughable:
Introduced virtual swap from _my own storage space_, the one that is super slow (which suppose to be much faster than the disk space).
Upped(?) the network speed which was never a real issue.
Refunded my just a partial amount, in hope I wouldn’t notice the difference, I guess.
        Schemy and shameful.

        • Hello Vitalij Ivanov,

This is really frustrating to see a negative comment and false information provided here by a client to whom we had provided a managed support on unmanaged VPS, and refunded the full amount as requested.

I have attached two screenshots as reference, 1st in which we have sent him the server’s memory and vswap information (Provided 2GB RAM + 2GB vSWAP + 1Gbps+ network while we have mentioned 500Mbps here) and in the 2nd in which we had sent the full refund with transaction ID.

It clearly shows that we have provided the server as promised and higher network uplink but client was abusing and threatening us to open a dispute. However, we honored his decision not to use the service, and provided the refund as part of a 7 days money back guarantee, but after helping him out with the server and refund and still see false information and negative comments here, it is really frustrating and shows a bad image of the company.

          Regarfds,
