BlueShoreHost Via this WHT offer. Blue Shore Host, a hosting provider started in November 2009 and based in New York according to its domain’s WHOIS record. It has some cheap Xen VPS plans starting at $6.99/month.

  • 256MB memory
  • 25GB storage
  • 100GB/month data transfer
  • Xen/SolusVM

According to their About Us page, they are deploying dedicated servers in Dallas San Jose according to an email sent to me from them. Two adjacent IP for NS. Although the main website is not in the same IP subnet as the NS but they take the same traceroute, so I assume that it’s on the same cPanel server as well.

While the deal is good, be sure to read TOS.

Quite a few things are not permitted (and I am not talking about the usual no spamming and no IRCing). After reading the TOS I decided not to go with this hoster, since I needed to run an IMAP and SMTP server.

  3. Quality Topic, concise statements made very well. It’s such a rarety in the VPS Server market. With this in mind the article reads like a positive round up of the VPS Server market. I appreciate views!
