I have had Hudson Valley for a year or so now. Most of that type things were great. Within the last month or so, nothing but problems however. Server go down, and cannot be accessed traditionally or via Hudsons Web Control Panel. Keeping a solid SSH connection over 120 seconds is near impossible. The End User panel that was available from the client login portal used to take you to a ColoCrossing control panel. now it leads to “Panel is disabled by administrator”, which is rather curious and possibly explains the sudden decline in service quality. One of my VPS’s just randomly stopped working, Hudsons web client panel, where I should see server stats and configuration options, instead says “user not found”. I’m moving my data to a new host and terminating my contracts. Be careful with these guys, something fishy is going on.
