Speeds seem decent. Downloaded the test at 23.5M/s (188Mbps) using a 1Gbps VPS (ColoCrossing, gets ~980up/down on speedtest.net). My server is in Buffalo so may be slower speeds compared to closer servers.

Probably the best monthly price you’ll find for a 1Gbps uplink, not to mention the great specs ontop of that.

Just got the 512MB SSD one, it’s quite fast, i was surprised that i already had an account (and a suspended VPS) there. Didn’t even know that…

Seems like i really do have too many VPSs :P

As long as it’s legal and doesn’t affect your neighbours on the node it’s OK.

The $7/month price is recurring. You will be paying it as long as you want to have the VPS with us.

Do you allow Tor exits with a large list of exclusions?
Do you allow Tor relays which just pass on encrypted traffic?

      d) use an Open/Public proxy, or utilize a proxy to access illegal/malicious content.

I assume that includes Tor exit relay.

Wouldn’t it be better for me to hear the answer from the business?
An intelligent response might discriminate between Tor which is a force for good in the world and other forms of proxies which can be for ill.
Other server businesses and agents say one thing and allow another because of the obvious benefit to all of privacy on the net.
The majority of problems with allowing Tor relays and exits come from the abuse of Tor for hiding torrents of inessential entertainment. Tor suffers from that as it consumes donated resources such as mine.

I am about to pull the trigger on one of your hosting plans, FTpit. Thought I’d ask the expert a question: I have a Moodle site I run. I am torn between the 3GB ssd cached and the 2GB ssd.

Do you have nay suggestions on which one would YOU would choose? I don’t have that much traffic, but I do want the site as responsive as possible, for the money.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.
