I’m kindof wondering why you would have servers in LA, LV, and Pheonix? It’s like a triangle, each only 200-300 miles away from each other. Even for a local site located in LA, if the site was hosted in LV the distance would make no difference.
Either way, nice prices, I just wished you had something mid-US or mid-east US.

504 Gateway Time-out
I think they are not real.
504 Gateway Time-out is a Nginx proxy error, maybe there are some network issue at that moment.
He blocks port 25 right off the bat. If you ask him to unblock he will but if you use it he will block it again. He basically wants absolutely no usage on port 25….just fyi

I just tried these guys. Pretty bad service so far.
– After my payment was accepted I waited almost 24 hours before my server became available.
– Ticket response time was about 8 hours
– Their client management area is very slow
– I have tried 5 times to SSH into my server and it has timed out (using PuTTY), even after a reboot from the client area even though the client area reports it as being offline.
I have requested my money back as per their 3 day guarantee, we’ll see if they hold up.

Still no reply or word back when requesting my cancellation. These guys are a joke.
They use a 32 bit server. Freaking n0000000bs. Absolutely terrible support, going on 5 days with no response.
