  1. I apologize. Lenoir, North Carolina is not an available location. Jacksonville and Chicago are the two locations available for the offer.

  5. Bought one of these yesterday. Setup is instant and support tickets are answered within minutes (yeah, literally). I’m getting a steady 10M/s download speed on my box. It’s also very cheap.

    Good service, recommended.

  6. TT:

I bought a couple of servers, from the above link, (5 exactly) only one has 1024MB ram, rest are 256MB only. Apart from that, i cannot log into any of the machines, even tried pinging the IP, that too failed. Raised 2 tickets, but it has been 5 hours and no reply yet. Looks like, i should search for another provider. A big thumbs down from me :(

    • I’ll be the first to admit that we did drop the ball on this one. We are adding additional staff to take on the additional tickets created by the influx of new clients.

Turns out that a special character in the password was the cause. SolusVM for some reason freaks out if you use a special character in the password but they have yet to fix it after 2+ years of everyone complaining about it.

I have resolved the issue and verified that all 5 VPS’s are online and can be logged into. I have resent the VPS information to you reflecting the new password.

I have credited your account the amount of 1 month’s service for each of your VPS’s for the issue. So next months service is on me.
