Do not sign up. There is zero support. They do not know how to fix problems.
DCNHost is cheating company, just get your money and no support. Finish, all waste your money and your time.
I’ve had this server for almost a year now and they SUCK!! my website is almost everyday up and down and when it is up its slow. there where a few good runs there without issue but now I can’t even install any software, I get a database InnoBD error and when I ask about it its always the same canned reply back with
“Sorry for your inconvenience, We are still working for InnoDB issue in our server. It will be fixed soon.”
its been freaking two week now, what does it take to turn read only mode off in the database.
but what pisses me off the most is that its not dependable at all, you never now when your site will be up or not. this also include access to your cpanel and for a while there I couldn’t even get into my client area on the DNCHOST website to put in a ticket.
My advice go somewhere else.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
