Mark, from Delimiter, has written us to share an exciting offer for the LowEndBox readers. It is a KVM virtualization VPS that have dedicated RAM, CPU and disk space! This means you can setup to use 100% resource allocation all the time as there is zero overselling. This offer is located in Atlanta, GA, USA.

For hardware information, host node configuration has 2 x Intel Xeon X5650, 64GB RAM, 4x 2TB HDD in Hardware RAID10, and a 10Gbps uplink. The network port speed is good, as most providers here just utilize 1Gbps speed. Another good news is that IPv6 is included with a /112 allocation.

Delimiter is now in their 5th year of business. They are a registered company and incorporated in Delaware with identification number of 5121558. They are also registered in the UK with company number 07086361. Delimiter don’t need any introduction for long time community members, as they are fairly well-known and active in LowEndTalk. They told us that their business is both profitable and well capitalized. You would be glad to know that they have their own staff on-site, and they do not depend on a 3rd party to attend to your server problems. In my opinion, Delimiter is a very good company. Kindly share your thoughts also in the comments section below.

Visa, Mastercard, Alipay, Bitcoin and Paypal are all accepted payment methods. It is unclear if there is a refund policy – some section on their legal page seems to indicate it is possible to get a pro-rated refund. We highly encourage our readers to read their Terms & Conditions of Service before making any purchase.

  3. almost everything has 1Gbps uplink nowadays. can anyone tell me what burst speeds & sustained (sustained as in 10-15 minutes, not hours) speeds one can actually expect on downstream & upstream?

    Terrible experience thus far.
VPS was stuck on pending due to incorrect contact information (google prefilled), so updated it and still refusing to activate.
Have asked for a refund, but I have low expectations even though I’ve not yet been able to use the service.

    • If you provide incorrect information on signup, then your order will just get rejected. Its clearly stated in Delimiter’s terms of service which you are asked to read and accept during signup that you must provide accurate and valid contact information.

Delimiter hand reviews each and every order, if you need a service where you can signup with bogus information then you should use a different provider.

You never asked me for information. You just left it on pending, presumably you would have until the order period ran out and you could steal my payment.
Oh, wait you already STOLE my payment!
Send me an email stating it’s been refunded then delete my account so I have no way of lodging another ticket.

        Extremely unprofessional conduct.

Would strongly recommend everybody stay away from this company.

        • Your account would be closed if you provided bogus information. You would always be notified and given the opportunity to provide accurate information. If thats not done then the next step is to cancel the order and refund the payment.

Your payment would have been refunded when you received that email, Paypal is instant, Visa/Mastercard 3-4 days depending on your bank and Bitpay 7-10 days.

          How did you pay?

X5650 has 6 Cores and two of that is only 12 Cores. And if we count threads as cores, that’s only 24 cores. Now if the host node has 64GB of RAM and everything is dedicated, then a max of 24GB of ram should be used, the rest 40GB would be wasted. Or if they sell all 64GB of ram, then each GB of ram would get 37.5 of a Thread or 18.75% of an actual core of a CPU.

    TL;DR: Isn’t dedicated resource.

    • We have other services with 1 dedicated core, 2/4/8GB RAM. LEB does not permit listing of higher cost services.

It says dedicated cores in the offer, if that’s not included, then maybe you shouldn’t submit it worded like that. I consider this as a method of scamming.

  7. Do you allow Bulk mailing on your vps? I needed a vps for bulk mailing.

I didn’t get to use their services because there was a man in their staff, “smart” enough to consume my time and nerves, and then, make a refund. He thinks that he knows RIPE policies better than RIPE itself….
I found them here, so, i wanted to share my bad experience.

Can you provide a /48 for the VPS?

The server does not work for more than a month. No one responds to requests for technical support. Awful I paid $ 500, but the server worked for 3 months.
