We last had DesiVPS on back in March 27, 2021. They’ve returned with offers in India, the Netherlands (the Hague), and Los Angeles. With KVMs starting at just $3/mo, these look pretty nice, and they include a free monthly backup or one snapshot per month and ipv6.
Their WHOIS is public. Their Terms of Service is available on their web site. They accept PayPal, cryptocurrency, Alipay, Credit card/debit card.

Tariff will also change if you increase the disk space in future.
