    Hi everyone,

My VPS with Servitro is currently down. The control panel does not respond, it doesn’t even reply to ping, and I cannot access any of my websites.

I’ve already contacted support to request a reset, but I’d like to know if anyone else is experiencing the same issue.

      They had a hardware issue:

      Hello User,

We have some unfortunate news to share. The hypervisor server7756 (AMD EPYC 7443P) is currently down. This issue occurred shortly after we requested the datacenter (Interwerk) to install a 1 TB SSD. Following their checks, they reported that the root disk has failed. Please note this failure is not due to any actions on our side, as we only requested the drive installation.

The good news is that all of your servers’ .img files are safe, and there is no data loss. We have already opened a ticket with the VirtFusion team and are working diligently to bring the servers back online as quickly as possible.

We understand how important uptime is and will compensate all affected users for this downtime. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding while we resolve this issue.

      Thank you for your support.
